Aside from the monthly subscription fee, is there a one-time charge for the @HOME HUB?
We plan to sell the device with a 10” HD screen and an always-available AI Assistant for $225.
How easy is @HOME HUB to set up and deploy?
- The HUB is functional when it arrives, and the setup is easy for older adults, families, caregiver organizations, and assisted living communities.
- Assisted Living Community managers will have a portal to view all users and to communicate about daily events.
An Amazon Echo Show 10 (3rd gen) for a one-time charge of $160 with built-in Alexa, a large 10” screen, and no monthly fee. Why would a patient or caregiver be willing to spend $35/month?
Ingeni provides more comprehensive support for seniors and assistance for families and other caregivers than Amazon Echo, for example:
- It provides bespoke analytics consolidating health insights into a single experience to improve Longevity Quality
- It supports FDA-approved health devices that Amazon and Eco Show do not support.
- Its Companion Application allows caregivers to easily set up the device for the senior and automates caregiver monitoring.
- It has Medication Reminders for Older Adults with Notifications to family, friends, and Caregivers.
Does @HOME HUB come bundled with a variety of different voices?
We will support multiple male and female voices; users can name the Avatar easily if they wish.
When a caregiver arrives and/or departs a senior’s home, is there a way for him/her to check in or check out?Your Title Goes Here
- Yes, we will support Beacons and know when a caregiver arrives and leaves. We can also prompt older adults to provide ratings and comments on the service.
- Users can permit caregivers to access information and communications on the HUB.
How is a user notified about an inbound call? On their mobile phone or tablet? Can users control the ring volume and type?
- The HUB uses a voice to indicate who is calling.
- We will support Bluetooth Hearing Aids.
- We will also support voice captioning.
Can the ringer be silenced when the user is asleep or taking a nap? Is there a sleep mode at night where the device can be put into silent mode with a dimmed screen?
Yes, we users can enable a Do Not Disturb for a specific period.

Can @HOME HUB display the whereabouts of an inbound caregiver and his/her ETA for the user?
Yes
How is @HOME HUB powered? Must it be connected to a main, or is it battery-powered/portable and can freely be transported from room to room? If it requires A/C power, does it have an internal battery to deal with occasional/prolonged power outages?
The HUB uses AC power with battery backup.
